There are several different resources to help you in understanding and complying with the Unclaimed Property laws.  If you don’t find the answer you are looking for below please contact us.


The Tennessee Treasury Unclaimed Property Division will provide free training to property holders throughout the state this coming October and November. These seminars will provide an opportunity for businesses to gain a comprehensive understanding of Tennessee’s Unclaimed Property program.  The topics covered in these training sessions include:

  • A General Understanding of Unclaimed Property

  • Recent Unclaimed Property law changes and how they may affect Holders

  • The Report It TN online reporting process

The workshops will be led by knowledgeable team members from the Unclaimed Property Division who are prepared to answer any questions you may have. A list of the 2017 training workshops can be found below; all sessions are from 8 AM- 1 PM, beginning with a complimentary breakfast. The presentation will begin at 8:30am, with session presentations ending no later than 1pm. Lunch will also be provided.
